About the Job
FranchiCzar is seeking a rockstar support specialist who will become an end to end power user of our OS. Providing superior support to our current user base as well as new users will be one of the primary responsibilities. This rockstar will also provide guidance to our internal users as well as play an important role in the training for our OS. Leadership qualities will be a natural character trait of this person to ensure as we grow and build our support teams this person will rise to become a team leader. Familiarity with best practices pertaining to issue escalation and ticketing system monitoring is a must have.
- Recognize technical issues that arise abruptly may require immediate attention.
- Communicate with appropriate teams as necessary to ensure issues are addressed in a timely manner.
- Learn OS end to end and become a power user.
- Collaborate with our technical writer to ensure training materials are accurate.
- Support internal and external user base.
- Skilled troubleshooter.
- 5+ years of support specialist experience
- Skilled in suite of Microsoft products
- Listening ability and patience
- Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience
- Critical thinking skills
- Capability to work either independently and collaboratively as needed
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good time-management skills
- Positive attitude and willing to work hard
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun-filled environment
- BS in Business, Communication or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
